The Solent & Wessex Civil Mediation Group is a team of highly experienced mediators who all live and practice in Hampshire, Dorset or West Sussex.  All are accredited by one or other of the major mediation organisations and all undertake a wide range of mediation Services.

Mediation Services.

Our work covers all civil and commercial, workplace and employment disputes and some areas of family work. Most are solicitors or barristers but the group also has considerable business experience.

The group is only the second group in the UK to have received accreditation from the Civil Mediation Council and is an active member of the National Mediation Helpline run by the Department of Constitutional Affairs.

 

Around 75-80% of mediations resolve in settlement.
